About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the Connectivity & Insights pod within Dotdigital’s product team.

This role will focus on enabling our customers to seamlessly integrate their tech stack with our Dotdigital Marketing platform.

You’ll support Dotdigital’s product strategy by helping to grow the number of valuable integrations in our ecosystem, both in-house and partner-built.

You’ll also help customers get the most value from our integrations by improving the user experience, reducing barriers to entry, and supporting adoption.

With support from the Group Product Manager, Connectivity & Insights, you will contribute to the Dotdigital product team by:

  • Contributing to the integrations strategy and roadmap, helping ensure it supports Dotdigital’s wider product strategy.
  • Carrying out continuous product discovery in collaboration with stakeholders to understand the integrations landscape, including customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Helping assess API schemas, authentication requirements, and integration constraints across third-party platforms, Dotdigital’s APIs, and Tray, our i Paa S platform.
  • Working closely with engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to explore potential solutions, test assumptions, and identify valuable opportunities.
  • Supporting product decision‑making by considering value, risk, and potential success measures, and by sharing learnings openly when ideas need to evolve or change direction.
  • Working proactively with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and prospects to understand demand for different integrations and help inform prioritisation.
  • Using market research and internal insight to support the development of a strong integrations strategy that keeps Dotdigital competitive in the market.
  • Contributing to thinking around pricing and packaging when developing new features or products.
  • Supporting launch planning by helping define the approach, communicating the rationale, and capturing insights from previews and early feedback.
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing to help shape the launch narrative for solutions being released publicly.

Supporting the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle for your area, from early concept through to launch and iteration, working closely with Agile development teams to deliver valuable outcomes.

About You

Essential

  • Demonstrable passion for a career in Product Management.
  • Some previous internship, placement, university project, or work experience in Product, Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and work effectively with different teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and assess priorities, stay on top of detail, and communicate clearly when there are roadblocks.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach. You take ownership, help move work forward, and know when to ask for support.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous or sometimes technical challenges collaboratively.
  • A focus on delivering value and outcomes, rather than simply following process.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams, or evidence that you can collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools to support your work, such as research, idea exploration, prototyping, or improving workflows.
  • Exposure to and familiarity with Agile ways of working and contributing to product development from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Nice to have
  • Previous internship or work experience specifically in a Product Management role.
  • Familiarity with APIs, authentication frameworks, and/or integration or i Paa S platforms.
  • Experience building relationships with customers, partners, sales teams, customer‑facing teams, and engineers.
  • Experience with Tray or similar integration platforms.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
