About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Partnerships, EMEA to lead, develop, and scale our partnerships strategy across the region. You will oversee the EMEA Partnership Team, driving growth by building and strengthening relationships with key agency and technology partners through our existing partner program and processes. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our ecosystem of collaborators, expanding our market reach, and delivering value to our clients and partners alike. This role currently has 6 direct reports and is only open to candidates residing in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy & Execution: Lead the execution of a partnerships strategy aligned with global objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the EMEA region. Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth through new and existing partnerships with tech platforms, agencies, and solution providers. Ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and business objectives, focusing on measurable outcomes. Manage partner program operations to ensure tiering, requirements, and benefits are upheld. Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology, reseller, and strategic alliances.
- Partner Sales: Work with partner managers to generate new business referral opportunities / SQOs from services and tech partners. Support active opportunities through partner influencing where appropriate and applicable.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the team of partnership managers. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support team members in achieving individual and collective success. Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Roll up the sleeves and support your team in pitching, recruiting, and managing mid-market to enterprise Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Agencies through targeted, proactive, high-touch approach. Serve as the first point of executive escalation to address partner concerns and misalignments.
- Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for high‑value partners in the EMEA region. Cultivate long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with tech and agency partners. Foster collaboration between partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration of partner solutions into client offerings. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint solutions and programs that accelerate market penetration and customer adoption.
- Program Development: Help expand the current number of partners on our existing partner program to enhance value for the business & partners delivering joint success. Work with the processes and frameworks to evaluate, onboard, and activate new partnerships effectively. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure partners are equipped with the resources needed to succeed.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Set and track KPIs to measure the success of partnerships and programs. Regularly report on partnership performance, opportunities, and challenges to the executive team. Use data‑driven insights to continuously optimize partnership strategies.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our ecosystem. Leverage market insights to identify new partnership opportunities and refine the value proposition for existing ones.

- Deliver executive level presentations and business reviews to a variety of audiences.
- Travel up to 25%, to meet and develop relationships with our agency partners / events.
About You
- Proven experience (10+ years) in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the tech or agency ecosystem.
- Strong history of driving revenue and growth through services and technology partners.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner programs in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Martech, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Agency ecosystems in the EMEA region.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and communicate partnership impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
