Partner with InfoSec to maintain and improve IT security practices and compliance. Oversee all aspects of device, identity, and access management; deliver seamless user onboarding/offboarding. Ensure the highest levels of user satisfaction by driving continual improvement and proactive support with a key focus on user experience.
- Strategy, Transformation & Projects: Design and deliver global IT strategies, aligning technology with business goals and future needs. Lead or sponsor IT projects—including service transitions, new tools rollouts, integration/M&A projects, or DR/BCP planning. Introduce and embed process improvements, innovation, and automation for scale and consistency.
- Financial & Vendor Management: Direct and optimise a significant IT budget (multi-million pound scope); report, forecast, and drive ROI. Own IT procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management. Oversee IT asset management, lifecycle planning, and refresh cycles.
