Development Lead

About the Role

Development Lead leading a scrum team responsible for e‑commerce integrations and platform scalability.

• Lead technical direction and scrum ceremonies for the e‑commerce integration team.
• Support the team’s technical and personal growth through regular feedback and mentorship.
• Collaborate with group engineering managers, product managers, QA, infrastructure and other business functions to plan, deliver, and maintain high‑quality work by stipulated deadlines.
• Ship code to production early and ship it often with automated deployments.
• Ensure customer success by rigorously applying security across the development lifecycle.
• Maintain platform performance handling large datasets, high throughput and 24/7 uptime.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience integrating with e‑commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools.
• Prior experience in high‑performance, big‑data environments (optional but advantageous).
