Dotdigital is hiring an Agency Enablement Associate to be the primary contact for agency partners’ day-to-day questions and challenges. You’ll support partners in Slack during EST business hours, provide real-time answers, remove roadblocks, and help new agencies start successfully.
This role focuses on building relationships, improving onboarding, documentation, and processes as the partner programme scales. You’ll work closely with the partnerships team on ad hoc projects.
