Dot Partners are working with a well‑established Birmingham business who are looking for a Payroll Officer to take ownership of their payroll function and ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately and on time every cycle. This is an end‑to‑end payroll role where attention to detail really matters and no two cycles feel completely the same.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full end‑to‑end payroll processing (weekly/monthly)
  • Managing starters, leavers and employee changes
  • RTI submissions and HMRC compliance
  • Pension administration and auto‑enrolment
  • Payroll reconciliations and checking accuracy of data
  • Responding to internal payroll queries
  • Supporting year‑end reporting and compliance tasks
