An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing manufacturing business in the North West. They are seeking a reliable and proactive Sales Administrator to support their commercial function and ensure the smooth running of sales operations. Reporting into the Sales Office Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in order processing, customer communication and sales support. This is a varied position with responsibility across sales, operations and accounts.
Responsibilities
- Process customer quotes, orders and invoices accurately
- Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline reports
- Communicate with customers on order progress, lead times and queries
- Support the sales team with proposals, tenders and documentation
- Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports for management
- Liaise with operations and accounts to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide general administration and support to the wider team
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales administration, order processing or customer service
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM / ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable and a team player
