We’re working with a growing, multi-site business undergoing significant investment in its finance systems and processes. They’re looking for a Finance Systems Business Partner to sit at the intersection of Finance and Technology, someone who can translate operational needs into practical system improvements and help drive better decision-making across the business.
The Role
- Act as the key link between Finance and Systems/IT teams
- Support and enhance core finance processes across reporting, controls, and data integrity
- Work closely with budget holders and senior stakeholders to improve visibility of performance
- Identify inefficiencies and lead system and process improvements
- Support ongoing transformation projects, including system optimisation and upgrades
- Provide day-to-day support on finance systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring continuity
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a finance-facing systems, FP&A, or business partnering role
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (month-end, reporting, controls)
- Exposure to ERP systems (any platform considered not limited to one system)
- Ability to translate financial and operational requirements into practical solutions
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to challenge and influence where needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
