Key responsibilities include: Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors Planning, reviewing, and finalising audit assignments Leading on audit strategy, risk assessment, and technical matters Managing, mentoring, and developing audit staff Building and maintaining strong client relationships Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Supporting partners with business development and practice growth initiatives About You ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice Previous experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level Excellent technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards Confident leader with strong people management skills Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach What’s on Offer �?
