An established £14m turnover manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support financial planning, reporting, and operational decision-making. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a key role focused on cost control, systems development, and delivering high-quality financial insight.
This is a newly created, permanent position, with scope for progression within a fast-growing group,
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial forecasts
- Cost analysis, margin tracking, and cost control
- Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Developing and improving financial systems and reporting tools
- Monitoring key financial KPIs and identifying performance trends
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
- Providing financial insight and support to operational managers
Candidate Profile:
- CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified ( QBE considered with relevant experience )
- Background in manufacturing or product based environments
- Strong understanding of costing and financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicator, able to engage across the business
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Package & Benefits:
- £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable)
- 25 days holiday + 8 statutory days
