We're recruiting on behalf of a growing independent accountancy practice seeking an experienced tax professional to join their team in a senior capacity.

This is an opportunity to combine technical compliance work with genuine advisory exposure, working closely with senior leadership on a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and individuals.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Reviewing corporation tax and personal tax returns
  • Supporting a range of tax advisory projects
  • Identifying tax planning opportunities for clients
  • Providing technical guidance to colleagues
  • Building trusted client relationships
  • Reviewing accounts from a tax perspective and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
  • Contributing to process improvements and maintaining excellent client service
  • What we’re looking for
  • ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified (or qualified by experience with strong tax expertise)
  • Previous experience within an accountancy practice
  • Strong knowledge of corporation tax and personal tax
  • Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
  • A proactive approach and a genuine interest in tax advisory work
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
