The Opportunity
Dot Partners are working with a dynamic and growing corporate finance advisory firm in London, looking to hire a Corporate Finance Associate. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting on M&A transactions from origination through to completion
- Financial modelling, valuations, and analysis
- Preparing client presentations, information memorandums, and reports
- Conducting market research and due diligence
- Liaising with clients, investors, and external advisors
- Supporting senior team members on deal execution
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
- M&A / transaction services experience OR strong desire to move into corporate finance
