An ambitious, independent property management business is looking for a Property Management Accountant to take financial ownership of a growing portfolio of Build to Rent assets. Working with leading institutional property investors, you’ll partner closely with onsite General Managers and the BTR Asset Manager, helping them understand performance, control costs and make better commercial decisions. This is far more than a month-end reporting role. You’ll develop a detailed understanding of the buildings behind the numbers and become a trusted financial contact for both operational teams and clients.
