Dot Partners are working with a well-established Birmingham business who are looking for a Payroll Officer to take ownership of their payroll function and ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately and on time every cycle. This is an end-to-end payroll role where attention to detail really matters and no two cycles feel completely the same.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full end-to-end payroll processing (weekly/monthly)
  • Managing starters, leavers and employee changes
  • RTI submissions and HMRC compliance
  • Pension administration and auto-enrolment
  • Payroll reconciliations and checking accuracy of data
  • Responding to internal payroll queries
  • Supporting year-end reporting and compliance tasks
