Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Management Accountant & Finance Director with the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Assisting with accruals and prepayments
  • Supporting balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with VAT returns and compliance processes
  • Supporting lender reporting requirements
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting the wider finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Supporting general office and administrative duties where required

About You

  • Studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Previous experience within an accounts or finance role
  • Understanding of month-end processes
  • Strong Excel skills
  • ERP system exposure would be advantageous
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
