An established and growing Accountancy firm is seeking a qualified Audit Client Manager to join their team. This is a key position within the firm, offering responsibility for managing a portfolio of audit clients while supporting the development of junior staff and maintaining high standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Reviewing audit work and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Contributing to business development initiatives where appropriate
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA fully qualified
- Proven audit experience within an Accountancy Practice
- Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Effective communication and organisational skills
Working Arrangement:
- Office-based during probationary period
- Hybrid working model thereafter (3 days in the office)
