This is an opportunity to join a growing, advisory-led accountancy practice that continues to invest heavily in its people, technology and client service offering. The firm has experienced significant growth in recent years and is now looking to strengthen its Audit team with the appointment of an Audit Accounts Senior. Working closely with managers and directors, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and accounting services to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and corporate clients. Responsibilities include:
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
- Preparing corporation tax computations
- Working directly with clients and acting as a trusted point of contact
- Managing audit fieldwork and coordinating junior team members
- Supporting and mentoring trainees and junior staff
- Identifying opportunities to improve client processes and add value
- Assisting with advisory projects where appropriate
