The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a growing independent accountancy and business advisory firm with a strong reputation across the North West. With continued growth across their Audit Accounts offering, they’re now looking to appoint an Audit Accounts Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio and help drive the next stage of growth.

The Role

This is a broad and visible position offering a mix of:

  • Audit management
  • Accounts and advisory work
  • Team leadership
  • Client relationship management

You’ll work closely with Directors and Partners while managing your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Reviewing statutory accounts and financial statements
  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Working closely with business owners and SMEs on wider advisory matters
  • Ensuring work is delivered to deadlines and high technical standards
  • Supporting wider growth and development across the firm
