We are looking for a Salesforce Implementation Specialist to become an integral part of our Professional Services team at Dot Compliance. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process. As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you will collaborate with the global professional services team to support technical activities during customer onboarding, develop custom solutions, tools, and scripts to enhance the process, and work with the product team to design and develop tools for new products and features. You will work closely with customers and our support, product, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities:
- Configure the DOT Compliance system according to customer requirements.
- Provide technical support and collaborate on ongoing implementation projects.
- Use Salesforce configuration tools to implement customer-specific functionalities.
- Deploy configurations and customizations across customer environments.
- Conduct system performance testing and validation.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Customer Success, R&D, Support, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery and system integrity.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience configuring applications on the Salesforce platform; experience in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in Salesforce deployment.
- Experience developing complex Flows.
- Minimum 2 years of development experience with Apex, LWC, or VF.
- Experience with system integration projects (API, middleware, third-party systems) is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Independent learner with adaptability and quick understanding of concepts.
- Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Degree from a recognized university/college.
