Requirements
Qualifications
- 7+ yearsin professional services, Customer Success, or project management within the life sciences sector.
- Stronggraspof regulatory requirements and quality processesacrosspharma, biotech, and/or medical devices (e. g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
- Experience withe QMSimplementation, preferably on Salesforce-based platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree inscience, Engineering, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
- Excellent writtenand verbalcommunication in English (German or French a plus).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
