Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process and functional value proposition, ensuring maximum solution fit for SMB/Mid‑Market customers.
  • Plan and deliver value‑driven demonstrations—personalised success stories that show how existing functionality solves specific business pain points.
  • Build focused functional effectuations (POC) that establish feasibility of the solution and prove immediate business advantages.
  • Support tenders and questionnaires using Auto‑RFP tools and provide professional, accurate responses to complex functional questions.
  • Perform early‑entry AI analysis of sales calls (e.g., Gong) to identify critical points, hidden requirements and opportunities to leverage the system’s functionality.
  • Assist in qualification during Stage 1 discovery calls to ensure deep understanding of business challenges and verify functional suitability.
  • Document and transfer all exceptional functional information or customisation requirements that arise during the sales process to the professional services project manager.
  • Provide tactical point support to implementation teams when sharp functional objections arise, in line with department or project manager guidance.
  • Execute system demonstrations for existing customers as part of CSM business‑development analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Functional expertise: deep familiarity with all system functionality.
  • Process understanding: deep knowledge of our implementation methodologies and the sales cycle.
  • Experience: at least 3 years in solution engineering, solution management, or functional consulting in B2B SaaS.
  • Analytical capability: high analytical ability and proven use of AI tools for call analysis (e.g., Gong).

Significant Advantage:

  • Previous experience working with customers in the Life Science or Pharma industry.
  • Deep understanding of process management.
