DCMG is the Premier Executive Roundtable partner trusted by leading technology providers worldwide. Having hosted 500+ roundtables, across 8 countries, and with 7,000+ senior executives in attendance. We're founder-led, fast-growing, and have an established presence across the UK, EMEA and USA. However, we're looking at expanding our presence in the UK with an ambitious Sales Associate to help drive new business across the UK, EMEA and USA.

You'll be working alongside one of our Co-Founders and Director of Partnerships who is based in Australia to drive new business across the UK, EMEA and USA. Reporting directly to our Co-Founders, you'll build pipeline, open conversations with senior decision-makers, and grow into a senior sales role.

What you'll do:

  • Lead outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Open conversations with senior decision-makers and book meetings
  • Support and progress deals toward close, working with the founders
  • Take ownership of your own opportunities as you develop

What you'll bring:

  • 1–3 years' sales experience (ideally B2B)
  • A hunter mindset and love of outbound prospecting
  • Strong, professional communication skills
  • Self-motivation and a coachable, ambitious attitude

What's on offer:

  • Competitive base + uncapped commission — £80,000+ OTE
  • Fully remote (UK-wide), selling across UK, EMEA
