Part-time Legal Secretary/PA for an Employment Lawyer based in Ashford, Kent. Varied duties and flexible hours. Must be prepared to work 18 hours per week across three working days.
A unique opportunity to join a busy law firm offering a personal service to a range of local and London based businesses and senior individuals. You would be working for the Principal Solicitor of the firm.

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong and efficient administrative and secretarial skills. β€’ High level of attention to detail. β€’ Good, accurate typing ability. β€’ Very well organised. β€’ Friendly & professional attitude. β€’ Be able to handle confidential information and documents discreetly. β€’ IT literate - Microsoft Word / Outlook / Excel / Adobe Acrobat / Legal Case Management. β€’ Experience of using a legal case management system desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Duties will include:
Providing administrative/secretarial support to produce correspondence and other legal documentation related to a wide range of employment law matters including Employment Tribunal litigation.
Other responsibilities will include: β€’ Diary management. β€’ Maintenance of comprehensive and accurate client files using a legal case management system. β€’ Greeting clients, taking calls and arranging client appointments.
The post would suit somebody who needs to work flexible hours to accommodate other commitments.
