About the Role:
Dorzcares Services is looking for compassionate and reliable Carers to support people in their own homes across Crawley and the surrounding West Sussex area.
If you're caring, patient, and enjoy helping others maintain their independence, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
Important: This is a local, community-based role. Applicants must be able to travel to clients' homes across the Crawley and surrounding West Sussex service area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and practical support to clients in their own homes.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with medication as required.
- Help with shopping, meal preparation, and light household tasks.
- Provide mobility assistance when needed.
Requirements:
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
- Access to your own car for travel between clients' homes.
- A caring, compassionate, and dependable attitude.
- Ability to travel throughout Crawley and the surrounding West Sussex area.
