At DorSuite we design, & manufacture commercial doors that keep buildings safe and working. Every door we make carries our name, so we take pride in getting it right from the workshop floor to final fit.
We're growing, and we're looking for two skilled Joiners to split their time between our Deeside factory and our customers' sites. If you enjoy variety, like seeing a job through from start to finish, and care about quality, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
In the factory:
- Manufacturing and assembling commercial doorsets to drawings and specifications
- Machining, cutting and finishing timber components accurately
- Carrying out quality checks so every door leaves us compliant and right first time
- Keeping your work area safe, tidy and organised
- Carrying out snagging, adjustments and remedial works to doorsets, frames and ironmongery
- Diagnosing and resolving issues such as alignment, gaps, closers and hardware faults
- Supporting with installation where needed
- Representing DorSuite professionally with customers and main contractors
- Recording completed work accurately, including photos, job paperwork and timesheets
What we're looking for
- Time-served and qualified joiner (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
- Experience in both bench joinery and site installationConfidence reading technical drawings
- A practical, safety-first approach and a good eye for detail
- Experience with fire doors or commercial doorsets
