We are recruiting for Front Office Associates in our Front Office Department at Dorsett Shepherds Bush, London and Dao West London, our aparthotel.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your career within the hospitality industry and across our Rooms Division.

You will be working within our busy front office reception area and the first point of contact for guests, dealing with checking in and checking out, guest enquiries and resolving problems amongst other tasks!

However, the key requirement for this role is excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar establishment, working in a guest-focused environment with excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.

You must have an excellent command of English, both written and verbal and be available for flexible shift patterns.

The role involves the following (however, not limited to): Ensure a high level of guest service is constantly maintained and with department standards.
