Dorsett Hospitality International has an exciting opportunity for a Cluster Director of Revenue to join our Commercial team. The Cluster Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for the Revenue and Reservations departments for the London cluster of hotels of Dorsett Hospitality International, and will lead efforts to optimise inventory management and overall revenue strategies across the subset of hotels. This position is a leadership role and reports directly to the Country Head of Commercial.

Our operating hotels in the UK: Dorsett Shepherds Bush, Dorsett Canary Wharf, and two aparthotels, Dao by Dorsett West London and Dao by Dorsett North London.

Suitable candidates will demonstrate a successful ability to apply analytical and strategic planning competencies to balance inventory, pricing and demand to maximise rooms revenue opportunities, whilst contributing to total hotel revenue optimisation. You will have great communication skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. It is essential that the candidate can build solid relationships with both internal associates and partners, is results-driven, and has strong organisational skills and business acumen.

The chosen candidate will implement successful revenue strategies that maximise all hotel revenue streams to achieve or exceed the monthly and annual hotel targets pertaining to RevPAR, RGI and GOP.
