We are looking to fill the Groups and Events Co-ordinator position to join our team at Dorsett Shepherds Bush. As a Meeting and Groups and Events Co-ordinator, you will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual who enjoys working as part of a team. You will be detail-oriented, motivated and driven to go above and beyond to deliver deadlines and support the team. You will ensure that all matters relating to meetings and events are followed up with company standards and policy. The successful candidate must have strong supervisory skills, with previous experience in a similar role and environment with at least two years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Group Booking Management: Ability to look after multiple properties.
  • Oversee the reservation and booking process for groups, including corporate, leisure, and event-based groups.
  • Communicate with group organisers to confirm booking details, special requirements, and other necessary information.
  • Ensure that all group-related documents and contracts are accurately completed and processed.
  • Pre-arrival Coordination: Prepare and communicate arrival details with the front desk, housekeeping, and other relevant departments.
  • Ensure room block management is executed according to group agreements and that special requests are addressed.
  • Confirm pre-arrival amenities or services.
