Dorsett Canary Wharf has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager within their sales team. As the Sales Manager, you will be based in London and will play a key role in driving Corporate and MICE business for Dorsett Canary Wharf London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, commercially focused and relationship-driven sales professional who is passionate about hospitality and thrives within the London corporate market.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and growing market share across the Corporate Transient, MICE, TMC, and agency segments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident in client-facing environments, and motivated to achieve and exceed revenue targets while building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new Corporate and MICE business opportunities for the hotel
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, agencies and key partnerships
  • Conduct client meetings, networking events and hotel site inspections
  • Drive revenue through negotiated corporate rates, group opportunities and events business
  • Build strong relationships with TMCs, corporate travel buyers, event planners and agencies
  • Identify market trends and competitor activity within the London market
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows
