The predicted salary is between 29000 - 32000 £ per year.
Salary: £34,434 - £37,280 per annum (rising by annual increments to £37,280).
Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week
Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at Service Headquarters, Salisbury with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices. There will be a requirement to attend your base location approximately once a week for key activities and meetings.

Role responsibilities
- Support the process of managing operational/organisational learning through the Operational Effectiveness Database (OED) system
- Monitor trends in data and communicate to appropriate stakeholders where appropriate
- Undertake user engagement to support and promote the use of the OED and gather feedback from teams / departments
Person specification
- Have an NVQ 4 or equivalent vocational qualification in a related subject area i.e. Project Management OR significant experience at this level
- Previous experience carrying out a co-ordinating/facilitating role in an office environment or customer service area
- Knowledge of Blue light Service Operational processes
- Excellent communication skills
You must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role. Travel will include travelling to stations and offices across Dorset & Wiltshire to engage with staff as required. The role may involve some ad-hoc evening working approximately once a month.
A Standard Disclosure & Barring Service Check (DBS) clearance will be undertaken on the successful individual prior to offer of employment. Any offer of employment will be subject to full pre-employment checks which include identity checks, right to work in the UK, medical, receipt of satisfactory references, verification of employment history and an explanation of any gaps in employment in the last 3 years.
