Responsibilities
- Manage one of the two Equipment Maintenance and Repair Teams to meet performance measures agreed with the Equipment Maintenance Manager as directed by the Fleet & Equipment Manager.
- Ensure all work is delivered to the required standard, in the required time and in the most efficient and economic manner possible.
- Oversee the security of the equipment workshop facility and coordinate all works services to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Level 3 Management qualification or proven relevant supervisory/managerial experience.
- Experience of managing a maintenance workshop.
- Experience of repairing and maintaining plant and equipment.
Other Information
- Category C licence required; if not held, we can provide training.
- Must fulfil significant travel requirements.
