We offer a 10‑month traineeship focused on practical conservation across South and East Dorset nature reserves. The programme includes vocational training on land‑management machinery, mentorship from experienced reserve staff, and development of skills in wildlife surveying, volunteer management, and practical conservation techniques.
- Four days per week, Monday–Thursday, 28 hours total; occasional weekend availability may be required.
