Dorset Wildlife Trust is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer to lead our operational support teams.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the senior leadership team, the role will drive strategic growth, financial sustainability, and operational excellence. We\’re looking for an experienced, mission-focused leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for nature conservation.
