Role Overview: As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of our restaurant and bar. Collaborating closely with senior management and our dedicated team, your primary focus will be to exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding customer service with finesse and flair.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the restaurant and bar

What you need:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant or F&B supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue
- Genuine passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitors
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve excellence
- Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail
