About the role:

The holder of this post will supervise a mixed team of Police Constables and Police Staff Trainers who are responsible for delivering training, learning and development solutions to new and existing staff in support of the organisation’s strategic aims, objectives and performance targets. Training Supervisors will be based mainly in the two centres of Exeter and Winfrith, but other locations will be used including Ferndown and Bournemouth. In addition, Police Sergeants carry out a similar trainer supervision role in both forces.

Responsibilities

They will base primarily in Exeter and Winfrith, with additional duties at Ferndown and Bournemouth as required.
