Base pay range

Salary: £25,242 rising to £26,703 per annum + Excellent Benefits including Government Pension

Location: Hybrid Working/Poole, Dorset, England

Hours per week: This role is 37 hours per week. We also welcome applications for part‑time positions and are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need.

About the role: The PNC Bureau is undergoing significant changes, notably the transition from PNC to a new LEDS system. As a PNC/LEDS Bureau Officer you will support the Contact Management team, receive training to become a subject‑matter expert, and help ensure the bureau is resourced and the team equipped to perform the role. A hybrid working arrangement is possible, with presence at Poole Police Station during some of the week.
