Dorset Police is seeking a duties team member to help prepare, project and monitor the force's duties, ensuring policing is delivered in the most cost-effective way in line with regulations. The post holder will work to support the relevant business area with discipline and efficiency.
Initial training is Monday–Friday (5 days) at Force HQ Winfrith, followed by hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home or another location within the Duties Management Team.
