Hours per week: this role is 37 hours per week. However, we welcome applications from individuals wishing to work on a part-time basis and we are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need
About the role:
The day-to-day supervision and management of staff and processes involved in all prosecution file submissions.
To review, supervise and accept responsibility for the content and preparation of all pre-charge and prosecution files, to liaise with the Crown Prosecution Service and HMCTS in matters pertaining to file content and presentation and to supervise and administer other associated issues.
Responsibility for ensuring staff follow processes when updating, tracking and movement of files within CJU and when submitting to partner agencies. To ensure standards of preparation and submission of associated files and other paperwork is in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies, and directives.
