With our current lead relocating to Australia, an opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead Prosthetist based at our Egham Clinic. This position would ideally suit a skilled prosthetist with experience of leading other MDT clinicians.
Working alongside a Practice Manager and Workshop Lead, the role includes the planning, development and oversight of the prosthetic, orthotic and physiotherapy team. It involves taking a lead role in the shaping and provision of services to our patients. Ensuring as far as is practical that all devices from the clinic are ready for fitting and delivery in line with advice given to the patient, reasonable expectations and appointment schedules. Also ensuring as far as is practical that all devices produced and prepared conform with the Company’s Quality Standards.
You would lead in identifying areas of business development and take part in the maintenance and establishment of working relationships with our business and referral partners. You would participate and undertake applicable professional, technical and career development training (delivered internally and externally) to include attainment of associated qualifications where required. To carry out any other duties reasonably falling within the purview of the post.
