An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive administrator to join our team at Sexual Health Dorset in the Weymouth hub.

The position is 36 hours per week Monday to Friday., Telephone reception to service to patients, GPs and other agencies managing bookings, triaging patients and managing queries.

Typing clinical documentation, inputting patient data within out patient booking system, producing adhoc letters, managing a shared inbox and managing Psychosexual referrals and appointments.

Processing and sending information t patients, GP's and other agencies

Face to Face reception booking in patients and managing appointments.

The successful candidate will ideally have some previous experience of working within a similar role.Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team would be an advantage.

This role is key to the smooth running of the Sexual Health Dorset, you will be communicating with and supporting patients for appointments and other queries and dealing with all the admin for the clinical teams, including typing and processing clinical letters, managing referrals, organising appointments face to face and via a busy phone line and covering reception.

The role is a varied and busy one. You will need to have strong multitasking skills, patience, resilience, along with good computer and organisational skills. The need for confidentiality is essential in this role as is the attention to detail.
