Dorset HealthCare is hiring a Clinical Team Leader for our Psychiatric Intensive Care service in Poole. You will work closely with the Ward Manager and wider team, taking a lead role in day-to-day ward management and staff supervision, while delivering hands-on care in a specialist setting.
Experience in PICU is desirable though not essential; successful candidates will engage in a comprehensive induction and a Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression course as a condition of employment.
