Dorset HealthCare in the Poole area is recruiting an enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable Support Time Recovery Worker to join the Assertive Outreach Team. You will help patients with co-occurring addictions and support their recovery in the community.
You will work within a team to develop rapport, deliver individualised activity plans, and promote health and well-being. A driving licence and ability to travel across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole is essential.
