Be familiar with the CYP IAPT core principles and have the relevant specialist training.
Experience of working with children, young people and families who experience mental health difficulties, especially depression and anxiety.
You’ll need to be able to facilitate group work and we will offer to train you if you don't have this experience yet.
You’ll be a car driver with access to a car (we work in a beautiful rural area and take our groups where they are needed most).
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.

The CAMHS service is entering an exciting period of growth, with new investments and initiatives underway. This role will evolve alongside the development of our service; initially, you may support existing teams while new structures are implemented. We’re an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome.
