Dorset HealthCare is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the CAMHS I-Thrive team and oversee Getting Help, Getting More Help, and the Integrated Front Door. This full-time post (37.5 hours) offers hybrid working with some travel and can consider part-time applicants (minimum 30 hours).
You will provide operational leadership, drive high-quality, evidence-based care, and supervise staff while coordinating with education, local authorities and VCSE partners.
