About the role
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
- Carry out a range of general administrative tasks to support the school’s day-to-day operations
- Maintain pupil and school records, databases, and filing systems
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and communications
- Operate reprographics equipment and support with document preparation
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide admin support across departments and assist colleagues as needed
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and confidentiality at all times
- Has strong administrative and IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Is confident communicating with staff, pupils, parents, and external visitors
- Can work independently and manage priorities under pressure
