Your Role
As a Social Worker with us, you will:
- Conduct Strengths-Based Assessments: Evaluate clients\’ needs and strengths to develop effective support plans.
- Support Planning and Reviews: Create and review plans to help clients achieve their goals and promote independence.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other local authority teams and professionals to provide comprehensive care.
