We are a small yet busy pack-away Pre-school and are looking for someone very special for the role of Deputy Pre-school Manager.

Are you an early years leader or want to step up to a management role? Do you have great organisational skills and a passion for providing exceptional care and going the extra mile?

In our key leadership role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day organisation of our wonderful Pre-school, ensuring high standards of care, education, safeguarding, and staff development. You’ll be part of an amazingly hardworking team, working closely alongside the manager and practitioners to create an environment where children truly thrive.

Requirements for role: (full details in Person Specification)

  • a minimum full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification in Early Years At least 2 years of experience in a nursery, or Pre-School setting
  • experience of Ofsted inspections
  • a sound working knowledge of the current EYFS Framework and safeguarding within a setting
  • ability to lead a small team of Early Years Practitioners
  • support children\’s development, implement individual education plans and working knowledge of supporting SEND children and their families
  • confident working in ratio while managing paperwork and leadership duties (non-contact time provided)

The role is part time and we are offering flexible hours which can be discussed on an individual basis. The minimum work hours each week is 13.5 to be worked over 2 days, Monday to Friday from 8.15am to 3pm. We will consider working patterns over 3 or 4 days and the maximum working hours for the role are 33.75 to be worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday 8.15am to 3pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
