We have a vacancy for a Breakfast Club Leader at our popular Breakfast Club.
ResponsibilitiesWe are looking to appoint someone who is friendly and enthusiastic and enjoys spending time with children, and has a sense of fun. As part of our Breakfast Club team, you will be responsible for:
- caring for a large group of children providing the nurture and care needed by children aged from 4 to 11.
- preparing and serving breakfast for all children and packing away and washing up after.
- organising and running a range of creative, stimulating and fun activities
- promoting good behaviour and the social and emotional development of pupils.
- opening up the school each day.
- supervising other members of Breakfast Club staff.
The successful applicant will be organised, calm and able to work under pressure. They will communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents and be aware of Safeguarding and Health and Safety issues. A First Aid qualification is desirable.
They will demonstrate positive behaviour at all times and help children to follow our school rules: Ready, Respectful, Safe. Visits to the school are welcomed.
