Assistant Team Manager - Family Help

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Team Manager to join our Purbeck Family Help team, based in Wareham. You will need to be an experienced, qualified Social Worker.

Ideally, you will have experience in managing, appraising, and supervising staff, Child in Need case supervision, and mentoring others. You should have experience with complex casework and the ability to manage and chair meetings. You will jointly lead practice development within the workforce and act as the Lead Child Protection Practitioner within the team.
