Trauma and Orthopaedics are looking for a full time enthusiastic Operational Manager to join the team to help manage the cross site directorate. This role is crucial to the operational running of the Directorate and as such the successful candidate will need to have a solid understanding of the NHS and some experience of managing people and pathways to ensure we meet key access targets.
